How much does shipping cost?

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of €4.90 . However, we would like to offer you a special shopping experience - for orders over €80 we will cover the shipping costs for you, so your order will be delivered to your home free of charge.

How long does shipping take?

- Delivery takes place in Germany within 3 to 5 working days and abroad within 5 - 15 days after receipt of the order. There is an exception for pre-orders/restocks, where the delivery time is shown separately in the product description.

- As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email

Yes, our deliveries are 100% insured.

We currently ship to Germany and the EU.

Can I return my items?

Yes. With us you have a 14-day right of return. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days.

My item is defective, what now?

If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.

The return costs are usually borne by the buyer unless there is a defect or a manufacturing error.
